The tech doubled the price on the walk-through blaming the phone taker for the error. They didn't bring the equipment for cleaning the dryer vent. I was ready to call it off when the tech decided to give me a "good price".



Once done, I pointed out two small mustard stains. He poked at them with a finger then ignored them. I asked 'did you clean behind the sofa?' He said 'yes'. I moved the sofa after they left. It was dirty and bone-dry.



I called the company immediately and told the answerer about the missed area and the lie. He said he was out of the office and would find out 'what happened'.
