We purchased and had windows installed thru this business only several years ago.. I believe his name was Markus or Marius. They need better caulking for very drafty in winter. I've called numerous times and left many messages for the owner and he never responds...In not the only one in our condo that had windows done by this business. I refereed a owner and she had the same problem with drafts...The caulking was not right or installed properly...Very disappointed for I have to go thru another business to rectify this issue....He doesn't stand by his work!!!
