Highly recommend. I called to have several medium sized tree limbs removed from three trees. The company arrived the same day and gave me a very reasonable price. They came the following day on time (actually a little early) removed the limbs, cleaned up all the limbs and debris and were gone. Great service and the personnel were very friendly. I have found my tree service company!

Would give zero stars but will not allow me to. Called to get estimate and guy asked if I was calling several places and when I said yes he hung up on me.

Although the lady that answers the phone isn't very professional, the guys come out and do a great job! They know what they are doing and the price was cheaper then my other bids.

This tree service has been around Des Moines forever. I have always had great service from them and he is good at explaining to me what i need done and doesn't try to "sell" me. I trust them.

I contacted Young Tree Service for an estimate. I spoke with 3 different people in a matter of 24 hours and every one of them were extremely rude. In fact, I was in the middle of a sentence and Don Young said to me "I can't talk to you anymore" (as if someone was there telling him what to say) and hung up. I was nothing but polite to these people. I called back and he and another man with him said "quit calling" and said they would not be out to the house and would not be giving me an estimate. When I asked what was wrong they told me they couldn't say and hung up again. I think as a customer I at least deserve an honest answer as to why they could not provide me their service and why they hung up on me.
