If it were possible to give fewer stars to this company I would. Choose any other alternative. You were smart to check the reviews, be smart and don't call these people.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would.



I called them at 4 AM requesting a cab for 6 AM, needing to be at work by 6:30 AM - they told me no problem. I call at 6:05 AM and they tell me that there's nothing they can do, they'll try to get someone out as soon as possible, and that there's a 26 minute wait for another cab. 20 minutes goes by, I call back, and the girl working the phone (Sara) was extremely rude to me, and ended up hanging up on me. Now I'm late for work and have to try to find another way. Thanks, Yellow Cab!



EDIT: I called and spoke to "Barb", who explained that she is the dispatcher, Sara is new and just "takes calls" - and was told that nothing could be done about either case, the late fare (which we cancelled, it was so late) or the mistreatment by their phone person. Again, I reccomend staying away from this company, ESPECIALLY if you have time-critical needs, or real-world needs, like GETTING TO WORK ON TIME ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CALL AN HOUR AND A HALF IN ADVANCE.



I'm sorry, but this is no way to run a business.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!! This is a horrible cab company! Worst in the city! Please call someone else! Someone in the background swore and they canceled my order and wouldn't even let the security guards call for a cab. I will never spend another dime with this company.
