I took our 12 year old standard poodle there for a teeth cleaning at Starch today. The doctor told me she'd probably have to extract 2 teeth. When I picked Michael up, I was then informed she pulled 12 teeth. No one called, the doctor apologized, but Michael is essentially toothless. I do not show him at this age, but he is at heart a show dog. I would not have approved extractions of this degree and am still virtually in shock this would happen without my consent in this day and age.

Great place...Dr Takes is the best very caring about the animals AND the person...listens to what is going on and very great at explaining what is needed to help. Love this place!
