The agent was very nice, but tried to upsell me. I don't like that. I'm used to picking out any car I want since I am an Emerald Executive. I can't do that at this location.

It's a small airport so you don't have the luxury of a larger one. The people were nice, they did call a mini van an "upgrade". Other than that it was as I'm used to at airports of this size. Nothing exceptional nothing disappointing. This Florida native would have loved if the car was pre warmed, but hey that's traveling in winter.

No Emerald Aisle at this airport, but I think it's the same for other preferred vendors, so with all else being equal, my experience with National is a good one. Be prepared to wait in line if you are picking up your car during their rush hour, especially long Mondays between 11 and 1 pm.

I have recently rented a full size car in this location and this is the worst car I ever rented in my life...of course I had a replacement car for which it took me around 3 hours..... I Will not be renting in National Car Rental once again in my life... I rented the vehicle for 3 days over the weekend and returned the vehicle for the period I booked. And these guys charged me for those 3 days and also for the next whole week and its been more than 2 weeks still they didn't refund the amount.

These are the privileges of an Emerald Club member, and I'm afraid what it will be for a regular customer.

I can't post this without a rating so I have to give one.

Overall fine. No complaints other than there is no direct to aisle pick up for Emerald club members. Otherwise, car was fine. Gentleman at the counter was helpful when I requested a different car. Return was simple.

I may have waited for my car, however the young lady behind the counter was very kind and brought the car to the curb for me. That was especially appreciated since I had ripped my MCL in my knee. It was stressed beyond comfort after running through Atlanta and then Des Moines. I truly appreciated all the care and concern they showed me. They were helpful in finding a replacement after my reserved vehicle class was sold out. My hats off to this National location.

Unfortunately this is one of the National locations where you can't just pick your car from the lot and go. You have to stand in a line like every other place. This location doesn't seem to be very organized as they have frequently not had my reservation ready or somehow removed my emerald number from my reservation. National is still a great way to go but don't expect what you get at larger airports from this location.
