This pathetic excuse for a woman named Alice from the Non Emergency Police Department is completely rude. You have no manners whatsoever, I was not rude, I was not talking too fast or being unclear as to why I was calling, and you have the right to say in a very rude and snobby way "Oh, Good Lord" and ask where I am to send an officer. Do you realize people like me are the reason you have a job so you can sit on your fat buttall day.
