I took my laptop in for repair. Told them it would only boot in safe mode. They called and said it wouldn't boot at all. Fine. Quote $250 to get me going again. Laptop done and bill is $343. Fine, They did other stuff without telling me cost was going to be more to give me the option of agreeing or not. Whatever. Got laptop back missing all my pictures which was the only reason I went with the fix instead of buying another laptop in the first place. Okay, maybe it wasn't recoverable. BUT it went in with Win 7, came back downgraded to Win Vista. I tried to get use to it, I really did. But Vista is as bad as the reviews say. Called them back and they will not restore it back to its original, refuse to acknowledge going from Win 7 to Win Vista is downgrading my computer and will not offer even a discount in getting it back to where it was when I brought it in.
