Excellent!! Careful driving. HONEST! We forgot a bag and called. Our iPad, checkbook, prescriptions were all as we left them. Highly recommend!

I was unfortunately scammed by this cab "company". I landed in Des Moines and took a city cab from the airport to my destination. We had to split into two separate vehicles since there were six of us. My cab (city cab) charged $55 while the other cab company only charged $34. the other cab even made a quick stop at fairway on the way! When I asked why my ride cost 20 dollars more I was told it was because I didn't know the roads and they were able to "take advantage of me". yes, you read that correctly, they straight up admitted to screwing me over because I didn't live in the area. Both cabs took the same route minus quick stop at Fairway - yet I paid 20 dollars more. The other cabbie told my City Cab to give me a discount and he refused. he wouldn't even give my tip back (which i would have never handed him if I knew of the pricing dispute prior to paying). SOOOOOOOO pissed off because of this. City Cab needs to be investigated and put out of business. What a joke!!!!!

It was so horrible, I created a profile just to make sure everyone knows not to ride with these creeps! The only reason I did was from the forced line up of 3rd st's finest cab companies. Blah ha ha ha ha. Joke was on me, for sure. And the fact that this creep knows where I live is worse! First he said he could not accept cards, so frantically I search my place for dollars and quarters enough for the tab, but NO, he suddenly wants my debit #. Good luck creeper. So he calls the cops, which I encourage him to do. Finally asking me for $17 after all is said and done, as the cop watches, I count out each dollar in quarters. Just to let him know! He stopped me at $10.50. I suppose that was enough for the original $9 he needed 45 min ago. Such a sketchy and scary company. I would never ever use them. For warned my friends.

Do not for any reason use this company! They will rip you off & when you go to discuss the problem they call the cops and claim you got irate with them causing you to be charged with "Disorderly Conduct." Ok, these people will scam you! Keep AWAY!
