I have been going here for a while dr bates. And Lisa take real good care of me I like coming to this office they take. Their job very seriously and go out of their way to meet your needs

I contacted this office yesterday to schedule an adjustment due to serious headaches, neck problems and back problems. I asked not to be scheduled with Dr. Lisa due to preferences. I was told they would need to call me back. One hour later I was called and they told me they could NOT see me because I "have hard feelings for one of their doctors". I said, who told you this information? I never once said I didn't want to see Dr. Lisa for any particular reason, I just need an adjustment due chronic pain, and need medical attention! THEY TURNED ME AWAY. I have given this office many referrals and many praises, not anymore. I find these actions inappropriate for a medical office, or any other medical office for that matter! WOW, I was flabbergasted!

I recommend anyone living in Des Moines to visit Dr. Lisa Bates at Bates Chiropractic Clinic. Dr. Bates has many years of experience and she is always making sure that she is updated in the latest technology and research. Year after year she goes to seminars and brings that knowledge to all of her patients. She is a very caring person; she will become your health advocate and help you with your health goals. She is very genuine and will treat you from a very holistic perspective going a step beyond than other chiropractors in the industry.

I had been thru so many different kinds of treatment to get rid of my neck and shoulder pain without success. It took a month of regular treatment but Dr. Bates got rid of my pain and with the excercises she showed me, I am so much better! Couldn't believe I waited so long to try her treatments.
