Just a note to let you know Ross and Jake went out of their way to get our flooded facility back in operation as quickly as possible after the rains of a couple of weeks ago. Ross was especially patient in having to deal with Qwest and Carrier Access in getting our T-1 line operational today. Iâve been doing business with ABP for years and your employeesâ positive attitude in dealing with their customers and quality of products is why I will continue to support and promote American Business Phones. We had a phone/data conversion with PAETEC on April 21, 2010. Ross is the phone technician that came out to assist us with this process for the phone conversion portionâ¦..As usual, Ross was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He is not only knowledgeable about our Toshiba phone system & American Business Phones; but also the PAETEC system & how things should work. He had the problem diagnosed before the PAETEC technician and was telling him what the problem was, what to look for and whereâ¦When we had an additional problem the next morning, Ross again came out to our office & had the problem diagnosed before PAETEC. He again handled it calmly & professionally and interacted with PAETEC directly, removing me from the middleâ¦I appreciate being able to work with such a professional technician who can always handle the problem. Thank you for the outstanding service.
I just wanted to drop a note and thank Dan and Jake for the professional manner in which they installed the new phone system in Storm Lake. They worked continually and professionally through the whole installation. They were very easy to work with and provided a complete answer and explanation in all the questions posed to them. We ran into several glitches with quad plates that were not working as we had hoped and they worked through each one of them in a positive manner! I appreciated all their work in gathering the old phone system and having it ready for me, even helping me load it in the car. It was a pleasure to work withboth of them.
When we were first looking in to a new phone system I spent 8-9 months doing my due diligence in researching different phone systems and vendors. The clear winner to me was American Business Phones. I have worked with American Business Phones for 3 years now. In that time we have doubled in size and so have the number of phones. They are great people to work with. I have gotten a lot of great ideas and plans for future growth. Through all of this I have cut our monthly phone bill by over 50%. The review from "Scuba Scout" is about as bogus as reviews get. American Business Phones does not use Sprint nor have we ever used Sprint as a service for local or long distance. When our customers call us for service, we respond quickly and professionally. If there are trouble issues we will work tirelessly until they are resolved. Individuals who leave reviews like scuba man never do leave a way to contact them which is not surprising. Somebody needs to get a life!

These folks sold a phone system about 5 years ago to one of my clients in rural Iowa that was way over the top for their needs. They connected their services through Sprint, and never called them again. A few months ago, my client asked me to look at the phone bills to see if I could see any cost savings. I found a solution that would save them about $1200/month over what American Business Phones offered. When I contacted them to find out if the services were compatible with the phone system they sold, they slimeball decided it was time for him to pounce on the business opportunity. Went around my back to the same supplier and sold the company...making more money off them for the referral...My question: Why weren't they concerned enough with their client over the past five years to offer them this money-saving service (which they had access to) earlier?
