This is the worst dentist. He does not really care, unless he is a personal friend. Totally in for just money.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY FAMILY BACK HERE!!! I give 0 stars! I have never dealt with a medical facility so unwilling to work with a patient on payments. I had a small balance that I didnt know about because they sent it to the wrong address! They sent me threatening letters even after i made arrangements to pay it on a certain day...The letter threatened to turn me into collections and they added a late fee BEFORE the date i agreed to pay it! WHAT!!?? Also, what horrible customer service, MANDY WAS SOOO RUDE TO ME ON THE PHONE!. I will gladly return to my previous dentist which is much further away!

The office isn't horrible but I wouldn't say it was good either. I've had days where everyone is friendly and the visit was good but I've also had experiences with the office staff being snippy and the dentists making me feel bad about my teeth. I also don't like getting bills for several hundred dollars and calling to find out why I owe so much only to find out that they just haven't hear from the insurance yet. It's then MY responsibility to keep calling until it's a normal bill so I can pay it.
