Hometown flooring in Derby, Ks installed Armstrong luxery vinyl tile in my house. They installed it so poorly that instead of leveling my floor they used pieces of cardboard torn from the shipping boxes which the tile came in.

I complained to the owner in person and in an email and he assured me he would send someone out to fix it. But he didn't. And he ignored further emails.

I would certainly NOT recommend Hometown Flooring in Derby, Ks to a friend.
