I went in the store last week and was helped by such a patient, friendly, super helpful young man by the name of Mason. I just thank goodness that he was there because I walked into the store thinking my vape which Ive had for over a year and have not taken care of was done for and had no life left in it, but no jobs too big for Mason apparently. I couldn't believe I walked out of there with my vape fully functioning again. I go to madvapes for all my vape needs. Ive bought like 5 vapes from there. And even though its not the closest drive from my house, theres always such extremely awesome service there with extremely awesome and helpful employees like Mason. Mason if you see this review, thank you again so so so much....Ill be back for sure

GPS takes you way to the wrong place.

I have bought at least 5 batteries between myself and gf, all batteries have gone bad, and Bc I did not have the receipt to the one I actually tried to return, it was not exchanged. Very offended as a usual customer. I will never support a mad vapes again. Smoke for pennies, Matthews nc.
