LAKESIDE HEATING AND A/C AEROSEAL CREW CAME TO MY HOUSE TO TEST DUCT LEAKAGE IN THE CRAWL SPACE. THE AEROSEAL CREW EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS AND SEALED THE DUCTS. OUR UNIT IS COOLING AND HEATING MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT. THANK YOU TO LAKESIDE

Had a new Trane HVAC system installed that replaced the original York system installed 16 years ago. Excellent workmanship and courteous installation crew did a great job, despite the all day rain we experienced. I don't expect to have any issues with the new equipment, but know the folks at Lakeside heating and air will take good care of us in the future, if needed.

I hired Lakeside heating and air to fix our AC unit when we were having problems. They sent a employee to our home to diagnose the problem. There employee told us we had a leak in our AC unit and the leak needed to be fixed and the freon needed to be replaced. Not knowing anything about HVAC myself I agreed and paid them the $700+ we were charged and they fixed the leak and replaced our freon. The unit worked fine for a week or two and then we were back at the same problem. I once again called the company to let them know about the problems we were having, the again sent the same inexperienced technician out to our home. After an hour or so he said there was another leak in the system and we had lost the $700 worth of freon that we had just replaced a week prior, however he cant find the leak and they were gonna have to send someone else our to fix it. After weeks of calling Donna the owner, she sent someone else with more experience to our home. He informed us that our coil was leaking and we were going to need to fix our coil and replace the freon once again. I was and still am fine to pay for the coil to be fixed however they never agreed to reimburse us for the $700 of freon we lost due to their employees mistake.



Overall the company is ran very poorly with lack of communication and very inexperienced workers. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company.
