The store was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke when I walked in. Who would buy furniture from a store that smelled like cigarettes? Even if they order the furniture to be delivered to the house, that is really unprofessional and a definite turn off. Also, when I walked in, nobody greeted me until I was walking out. The furniture they had on display looked beat up, so it looked more like a used furniture store with Broyhill brand name cards sitting on them. I'd be embarrassed if I was Broyhill. There was junk in the middle of the aisles and seemed pretty run down for a big store. Definitely not a place I would go back to. Too bad, because I really needed to get a dining table.
