This organization has zero respect for anyone's time but theirs. I recently called for an appt and the lady told me the plumber would arrive Monday at 2. Not from 2-3 or 2-4 but 2. So, I left work and was at my home at 1:45. I then waited until 2:12 and called inquiring where he was and was told, and I quote, "he'll be there momentarily". Twenty minutes later I called back and as told he will arrive in 30-45 minutes. For those of you following the timeline the time I was told he would arrive is 3:15 at the latest. I'd also like to remind you that we had an appt at two o'clock. Well, by now I have to go back to work and its 3:15. I pass the plumber on the way out of my community and turn around to let him know that he's over an hour late and I'll need to reschedule with a different plumber. He just looked at me like I was crazy so I pulled off before I got really angry. Whatever you do if you value your time don't use this plumber.
