Deborah is amazing!!

I have been going to see Debra for few months now, but my first visit was the bridge that changed my life. She has been a driving force in helping change the way I feel about alcohol and food. Why I chose the decisions I do. Through hypnotherapy and one on one counseling she has assisted me in making the right decisions.With her assistance I have been able to stop drinking all together for 3 months and lost 30 lbs! Leaving me with the desire to workout, eat right and make better all around choices. At this point in my life, it was difficult for me to stop drinking for more than a few days and I refused to take diet pills. I wanted a natural solution and wanted to do it myself! I can't believe how much I have regained an old sense of self! I owe it to Debra and will continue to incorporate her services into my lifestyle!
