I had a colleague build me a custom gaming rig and unfortunately the motherboard was not "as compatible" as it could have been. I called up Varnes Computers and I had a computer guy available to come out and get it fixed. The whole system was re-worked and the motherboard continued to crash so they came back, researched the issue, found a quicker, better, more compatible motherboard and installed it. It was just the right thing to get me back and running. I will say Andrew was very easy to work with and he was open, honest, and kept me in the loop with everything.



Fast forward a couple weeks....my wife's laptop went down. BSOD Blue Screen of Death. Andrew came out within a couple of hours and the laptop was back to speed and good to go.



Forget Idiot Squad, forget those warranties that never get you anything if you want a REAL Computer guy who won't hose you go with Varnes Computers, LLC. I will never use anyone else and I am lucky to have found this guy. Stellar work!

We own a small business and have gone through the gamut of hiring various IT "specialists" we found on Craigs List or took friends recommendations over the past few years. Before we found Andrew at Varnes PC, we had IT guys make appointments who never showed up or were several hours or even days late. We have been overcharged, ripped off and greatly disappointed. This resulted in many hours of unproductive down time for our staff and our company has lost a great deal of money.



We were in a crisis with our internet down and found Andrew on Craigs List. He thankfully answered the phone and immediately understood our urgency at not being able to access the internet. He was in our office within an hour and basically ran in and started asking questions. He was able to get our network restored and our people back to work within 20 minutes. He found the problem,(which was created by a prior overpriced technician the day before), fixed it with a permanent solution and saved the day.



We have since exclusively retained Andrew, trusted his judgment on some suggestions regarding our security and upgrading our systems. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have a computer person who you trust and who follows through, works hard and charges a fair price.



I would recommend Andrew and Varnes PC to anyone needing IT support, I only hope he doesn't get too busy to service us!

I was very pleased with the service provided here. They were professional and patient with me. I needed help with my wireless set up and in minutes I was good to go.
