I am not an easy customer. My hair is fine, there is a lot of it, and I am blonde. Those three things are most stylists' worst nightmare. However, when I sat down in Phil Lombardo's chair today, not only was he up for the challenge, but he was also the kindest, most professional stylist I have ever had. He gave me the best haircut of my life, and helped take my "entirely-too-blonde" hair back to a softer, more multi-dimensional blonde that is much closer to my natural hair color.
