One of the best! Lots of high end merchandise....ESCADA, RON LEAL, FERRAGAMO. Definitely NOT a Good Will or an ARC. I have been shopping there for over 30 years! If you can't find what you are looking for, let them know and they will call when it comes it. Service is great, they will either leave you alone to browse or help you find just the right thing. This is consignment at its best.

When I walked in, the employee behind the counter didn't say anything to me at first, which is fine with me. She looked at me, then kept working. When I started looking at shoes, she explained that Encore Shop is an upscale consignment shop (and she had the audacity to explain what consignment means). I wouldn't even let my grandma wear these old ladyish clothes. There was a lot of Ralph Lauren and Armani stuff, and that was about it. Not a big selection of clothes, which disappointed me. There wasn't any logical organization either, and the woman working there kept looking at me as if I didn't belong there just because I was wearing jeans. Do not go here. Might as well takea trip to the mall if you're in the area for more friendly service and better quality clothing.
