never ending problems worst company i have worked with and that is saying a lot as i have had my mother father and now my 9 month old on oxygen in the same town same house for the last year . will set up to drop off equipment and never show office is all face talk no service is backed up. told me that my portion would be a zero cost for an in flight concentrator now 7 days before i fly wants 250 $ per week will never use them again looking for new service as i type
