totally disgusted and a waste of time.

I usually eat about 3 times a week at fast food for my "burger fix". This breaks down to 33% of the time Good Times, 33% at Sonic and 33% at the "BIG THREE". I will not frequent Sonic any more. This past Tuesday when I ordered my Sonic Cheeseburger & Fries, I was disgusted that they did not leave of the pickles as I requested or put any mayo on as I asked. Since by this time I was home, I had a bowl of cereal instead. Thirty minutes later I went back to Sonic and brought them their food back and asked for my money back. I was told that they would not give me my money back but would instead give me a "FREE" meal next time. I told them that I did not want the "FREE" meal for the next time and how could it be considered "FREE" when I had already bought the meal that they did not make correctly. It is too bad Sonic doesn't stand behind their product. A Free meal is one that I did not have to pay for. So consider me a former customer. Andy Lee 7921 Maria St. Westminster, Co80031
