Unless you believe in a business that overpromises and underdelivers, and then lies about it, stay away. A banner for a very special day of honor for my service club was ordered on a Friday. I clearly said I needed it the following Thursday for a 7 a.m. Friday morning presentation. On Thursday, I was told "it is done but it isn't here. Pick it up tomorrow." When I persisted, the salesman became angry, neart hit me, and told me to leave the store and never come back. I called the next day to speak with the man with whom I made the order and he said I didn't specify when I needed it and that he told me it would be ready by the end of the week. Obviously, I wouldn't have ordered it if it wouldn't be there for the ceremony.
