These guys also do business as solventinkjet.com, and they are awful. They send you the wrong parts, then won't call you back when you try to fix it. If you are stupid enough to order again, they ship part of the order then avoid your calls, and won't call you back. They may eventually ship the rest of the order, but expect it to be the wrong part again. Slow slack service, totally inadequate customer service, can't-do attitude. If at all possible buy elsewhere.
