Great company for home security systems, cameras, doorbell cameras, sensors, fire alarms, and just about anything you need. Good customer services. Highly recommended.

Poor ethics, follow up and pressure tactics

Never sign up for their services! Go with a reputable company instead. Do not fall for their promises and low pricing. I am a business owner from Estes Park, CO and I chose them as this was a cheaper option for me at the moment than ADT. Big mistake! From day one they tried to bill me for the products I did not order. When I tried to call them it looked like it was impossible to reach anyone in charge and their "operators" did not know or even care about anything you asked. When their executives did not return the calls they blamed everything on "their new phone system"??? The only time when I had someone enter my store early in the moment and the alarm system went off... nothing happened. They WILL NOT provide the service they promise. Having their security system is like having no protection at all. When I told them I wanted to cancel they seemed not to have any problems with it and asked me to sign a letter. Two months after that I received a letter from a third-party collection agency asking me to pay 2 years worth of service that was not even provided to me! I tried to talk to them multiple times and ask what was going on but they did not even bother to explain. They are now threatening me to take me to court and damage my credit if I do not pay them for 2 years of service they have billed me in advance for.Do not sign up with them. They will not protect your home or business and they will do everything they can to steal your hard earned money.
