The company is certainly professional enough. We started with a line clear, a line scope was next as line could not be cleared. They found the problem between a connection between old clay pipe and plastic pipe. Emergency for me as I have renters in the house. So an eight foot section of pipe four feet down was replaced for 5,260.00. Now I am up to 5,800.00 paid out for repair.
Now the high pressure sales really begins. Clay pipe back towards the house must be lined with our special process before you have any more problems in the future, we are here now lets just get it done!
Total for this is 5,900.00, if not done if house sold will be problem, must be done by certified plumbing company as it is utility line. Cannot be homeowner repair, better do it now as we are here and can get it done. Yikes I am thinking would I spend 12000.00 dollars on anything without getting bids? Oh and that low spot in the line, no worry we put a disclaimer on all bids.
To their benefit line was under garage and could not be reached. I was in construction all my working life and would have re -routed line outside of garage but hey!!!!!!
So in all fairness if they would just email me copies of my receipt and a copy of the scope picture I would just go lick my wounds.
Please just be aware that when you start with a company on a sewer line you might want to be able to bid the job out. I should have put renters in a hotel room, flown back the 3 thousand miles and hired a couple guys. I would be ahead by a bunch of money.

Excellent work. We had them out last weekend for some plumbing issues and they were on time and gave us a very competitive price before doing any of the work. I called late last night because our sewer was backed up. They were nothing but polite and had Jared was out in an 1 1/2 hours. He tried to snake the drain to no avail and called for extra help. He was really professional and on top of it. This morning the extra help showed up. Jesse, Joseph, and Bobby came out to jet and scope the drain. Long story short my son dropped a plastic bottle down the clean out and it got wedged in the pipe. They managed to drag the bottle back out with some very handy work and saved me close to $10,000 and the pain of digging up the sewer line. They were professional and creative problem solvers. They thought quickly on their feet and were willing to keep trying to save us the money. Because of their quick and creative thinking I'm going to be able to pay off my student loan with the money I had saved instead of paying to have our yard ruined. I cant express how grateful I am. There are no words really, but thank you from the bottom of my heart. Our family appreciates your hard work. We cant recommend Rooter Town enough.
