I`m very satisfied. Your staff were friendly, efficient and careful to clean up. In addition, they came to our house on-time. Very rare these days. They explained what they were doing - in advance.

We were very impressed with Quick Drain from the beginning! The man answering the phone handled all my questions and concerns about our plumbing problem with a lot of professionalism. The plumber who came out to do the work, was very knowledgeable and worked swiftly. We are very happy now that everything is working the way it should!

Excellent. Your tech was outstanding. He was friendly but professional. He gave us advice regarding our system and how we could make improvements. Expedient and timely service. Educational info about how to control our hot water system. We now have a better understanding about how our water heater works and the proper care we should take on an extended vacation.

My grandmother and my mother both had work done by him and he is a complete fraud. He is taking advantage of the elderly by scamming them. After quoting the price of a toilet replacement, he went to the hardware store and proceeded to purchase the toilet - ALONG with 6 gallons of windshield washer fluid for his truck that he proceeded to charge to my mother. The invoice he gave her only showed a charge for "Recall Item" to hide the itemization of the receipt. He then quoted the price of snaking the kitchen sink of $40 and he told her he would hang a shelf for $5. She declined him hanging the shelf saying that she would hang it herself, and he then proceeded to invoice her for $55 for the drain cleaning. He later told my grandmother that she needed a toilet replacement when a second opinion said it was only backed up and needed a septic pumped.

Robert is a great plumber! We had a big job that took several hours, and he charged us a very fair rate. Very conscientious and honest. On time too.
