I took my boat in to them because another shop couldn't figure out why it wouldn't run for more than 15 minutes. Turns out it was just a loose wire on the starter that would ground out and kill the power. They diagnosed and fixed it in less than 30 minutes so I could head back out to the lake with the family!!!

Their mechanical and electrical knowledge just sucks. As an amateur, I possess more knowledge than their mechanics. I had my boat in 3 times for the same problems. First, they screwed up the motor installation in a way that it wouldn't run without flooding the motor compartment, then they screwed up the battery connection (really?) which made the bilge pump not work which was a real problem when the engine compartment was being flooded due to their mistakes. On the third time they gave me a break by not charging me for their third fix. This only took about 4 months and this year, I still have problems, which as I investigate, I find mechanical parts in the valley plate of the engine and wonder what they didn't re-assemble beyond not getting the carburetor connections properly setup. OMG ... yeah... take your problems to these guys.
