Palinino Gardens is no longer in business.

My #1 disappointment with this business is that they do not answer their phone!!! I have to drive quite a distance to get there and need to know before I go there if they have what I am looking for. The help seems to be less than happy as well. Maybe it is time to sell this company to someone who actually cares about customers.


In their defense, they do have a great selection of plants of all kinds. Especially cacti and other xeric-scape plants.

Good variety of just about everything. Fair prices and knowledgeable staff. I think they compare well against other nursery's in the area.

We were directed to the back to look for an evergreen that would like living on our 8th floor balcony.. the young man who showed up to help stayed on his little motorized wagon the whole time and was able to give us little to no help.. we could have done better at Westlakes..

I just went for my first time and it was terrible! Everything is waaaaaaaay overpriced, absolutely no one asked if I needed help, no service at all, and when I got my tabletop fountain home, there was no pump, even though the box clearly states pump included! I tried to call, what a joke that is! Only an answering machine picks up then hangs up on you! There is no option to talk to a live person! Now I have to drive another hour to return the stupid fountain!!! Not EVER shopping there again!!!

I've shopped at paulino's for years and I've noticed that the customer service has been going down hill for last several times I shopped there. Today I tried calling to find out if they had an item in stock so I didn't have to waste a 30 mile round trip and all I got was a recording and hung up on. That's the final straw. I'm NOT shopping there EVER again. I'm going somewhere else for my plants.

Not sure how they can stay in business if they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. If you call you will get a recording giving you directions after which you are cut off. Why should I travel miles if I don't know if they have what I am looking for.Took my business elsewhere.............................

I have enjoyed shopping at Paulinos for many years but unfortunately cannot recommend it anymore. When I went to make my purchase today I was told I could not use a check anymore. As I only use one credit card, which they do not accept, and as I did not have a large amount of cash on hand, I had to walk across the street to the gas station to use an ATM machine. When I returned with my cash to make my purchase I politely suggested to the sales clerk that they post a large sign at their entry before someone spends hours shopping to advise that they no longer accept checks. She suggested I speak to the sales clerk at the customer service counter. I did and was met with hostility and discourtesy from that person. He said there is a sign posted on the front door and implied that I should read it. Well that sign measures about 2" by 2". He then suggested I not shop at Paulinos. I will not be shopping at Paulinos ever again and will also be making that recommendation to my many ga

I also was trying to call to ask about a price on a tree - but you can't talk to anyone!!! VERY frustrating - lost my business!!

I tried to call but all I get is a recording, even though it is business hours. Why bother publishing your phone if you don't want to answer it?

Two out of two shrubs we purchased died. When I called to ask about any guarantee, I was told "we don't charge for no guarantee and we don't give no guarantee, but it was a good deal". My reply was that it's not a good deal if they're dead! We won't be shopping there again. I think 0 stars is more appropriate!

This is off the Valley Highway up north. I went to get sod for a resod project a few years back. The prices were competitive and the staff helped load me up. All and all a good place although a bit off the highway.
