I have had 2 miscarriages in the last year, and want to get in to an OB as soon as possible. The first time I called Parkside, the very nice lady on the phone told me they were definitely accepting Medicaid (my insurance). I explained my situation to her and she abruptly stopped the conversation and said someone would call me back that afternoon (this was Wednesday).I got no call back that afternoon, so by Thursday afternoon, I decided I'd try again. I left a message because nobody answered, then tried one last time, and actually got someone on the phone, who scheduled an appointment for me. Well, this morning (Friday), they FINALLY called me back, apparently in reference to the phone conversation I had with them on Wednesday. They left a message, saying they don't accept Medicaid. Less than five minutes later, I tried calling back, TWICE, and nobody answered. I think it's time to find a more reliable OB in my area who ACTUALLY accepts Medicaid and returns calls. This is ridiculous.

I have been visiting Dr Rolland for past ten year, I also had my child delivered by her. She is great, takes her time, very understanding and knowledgable . I highly recommend this practice.

I visited Dr Roland recently and found her to be a very thoughtful and sympathetic doctor. She uses modern equipment and is very responsive to questions/concerns and spends time with her patients, a rare thing today! Her staff was efficient and helpful.She also did my Botox and it looks great. I had it done elsewhere recently and the results were not nearly as good.

Dr. Roland is a wonderful doctor. She is patient, caring and professional. She really takes the time to know her patients and the office is very friendly and efficient. She also offers medical aesthetics--Botox, fillers, laser and some medical products. You cannot go wrong!
