Not really impressed. I called to see if they had a title I was looking for as a gift. The man I spoke to wouldn't check the inventory and told me having the ISBN # wouldn't do him much good. And then told me to just come into the store and see if it was there. Why, with gas prices so high would I drive all over town looking for something when the phone (and businesses with good customer service) work just as well. If he would have attempted to have some good customer service, I would have considered doing business there in the future, even if he didn't have what I was looking for today. But if he doesn't care, I can spend my time and money elsewhere.
