Liberal Return Policy:

Many of our competitors charge you shipping both ways for returns, even if they offered free shipping to send the product to you. If you wish to return an item, we will only charge you a 15% restock fee, however we will absorb the freight for both delivery and return. Quality Products:

We don't carry some mass-market brands, because you won't be satisfied with their product quality. Companies that sell self assembled products often disallow returns. Our quality products rarely require self-assembly. The only self assembly products we sell are chairs requiring minor assembly. Please contact us if you have a problem disassembling them.
