My sister had hired Northwestern van lines in the past and she recommended the company highly. So I just had to hire them. But I was moving during a busy weekend and it was a long wait to find a vacant slot with them. Finally I got an appointment and the movers arrived right on time on the moving day. They efficiently packed up my 3-bedroom apartment in just 2 hours. They made the delivery on time and all my stuffs made it to my new house intact. Their services were absolutely faultless.

I am running out of words to praise Northwestern van lines. They were my moving partner while I was moving to Miami from Denver. They offered me a great deal at the first place and then managed the entire move without any hiccups. Their moving team was fast and super accurate. They came with the checklist and executed all the maneuvers perfectly. I was so impressed to see them taking care of my piano and the old pool table. I also liked the way they treated my pets. Real friendly guys. Well done Northwestern van lines.

It was not easy to relocate from Denver, CO after staying there for 29 years. I was off to Dover, DE. I had lots of stuffs to move and many of my valuables were fragile and the collection of the art work was another concern. However, these guys had the answer for the problem. They arrived on time, knew what they were up against, came with a plan and executed perfectly. The foreman was very keen to complete the task without any hiccups and he guided his men really well. They made the delivery on time and managed to move everything without any issues. Just one broken glass which was nothing comparing the amount of stuffs they moved. I rate this company as the best in business.

After living separately for 7 months, it was time for me and the kids to move so we could live with my husband. My husband hired Northwestern van lines as he had a friend working in that company. I wasn’t quite sure about the company at first. Any inefficient company would have taken forever to finish the job. The crew sent from Northwestern van lines was very skilled and experienced. They took only a few hours to efficiently pack everything. I watched as they carried everything out of my house without causing any damage to my valuables. These men were very well organized and resourceful.

Northwestern van lines has a very good reputation. So, naturally, I hired them for my move. They didn’t disappoint me. Their quote was absolutely on the money and the customer service was very thorough. The movers arrived right on time and were very well equipped. They showed amazing skills and creativity at packing all my stuffs. Even their workmanship was impeccable. I had scheduled them to deliver my belongings 7 days later. All my valuables traveled very well and everything was intact. I truly believe that these guys are the best in business.

Most of my furniture is old and cheap junks. But that was what Northwestern van lines had to move. I knew it was a hard job given how less-than-standard these pieces are and how susceptible to journey they are. But the movers managed to deliver each and every piece of my grandma’s furniture in great condition to my new house. They didn’t even charge me ridiculously for it. There are many moving companies out there with shiny vans and uniformed movers. But they really care for your valuables and that’s what makes them unrivaled.

Their quote was unbeatable. The movers arrived sharp on time and were very capable looking. All four men had years of moving experience and it showed in the way they worked around my old house packing and loading all my belongings. Their efficiency ensured a very fast job done. The men did all the hard work while keeping a smile on their faces. They delivered on time with all my belongings in great condition.

All of the people I worked with at Northwestern Van Lines for my move from Boulder, CO to Columbus, OH prior to delivery were wonderful and efficient. The price was right, they picked up on time and the movers at pick up were fast and very friendly. Unfortunately, once they pick up you no longer work with those people and you work with Moving Claims. It has been 21 business days (Nov 14-Dec 11) since the first delivery date and my stuff has still not left CO. It has been sitting in storage with no status update of leaving any time soon. Moving Claims has continuously reached out to Northwestern Van Lines with no reply. At this point I am not sure if my stuff will ever actually be delivered.

I have hired many different moving companies in the past, from the ones with lowest of prices to the fanciest frontrunners. But none of them measured up to the standards of Northwestern van lines. This company just blew my mind with their helpful customer service, experienced crew and reasonable prices. It’s a combination that is so rare in the moving business. But somehow they managed to provide amazing services at such low costs even in this economy. To add to their amazing list of achievements, none of my valuables suffered any damage while they helped me move.

I hired Northwestern van lines to move my belongings in last September. I was already impressed with them after talking to Ivan on the phone. He was excellent. He asked proper questions and returned with a very fair quote. The movers arrived right on time and were properly equipped. I really think that my move went so smoothly because of these guys. They were very efficient in packing everything. They were attentive and careful. When they arrived, I saw just one van with them. I was wondering if all my stuffs would fit into that one truck. I conveyed my concern to Leon, the foreman. He was concerned too. After an hour of working,Leon approached me and said that they could cramp all my stuffs into that one van but that would risk the safety of my valuables. So he ordered another smaller van. I was quite touched seeing how honest these men were. I give them 5 stars.

The sales person will give you a very low quote to get you in the door. They nickel and dime everything and it cost way more than expected. They picked up my furniture in Chicago on November 20th and as of December 5th the furniture is still in Chicago waiting to be delivered to Atlanta. Very bad experience.

We hired a moving company just to be on the safe side. Northwestern van lines saved us a lot of hassle. The movers were all very well trained. They approached the job with confidence and energy. They weren’t tired even while carrying huge pieces of furniture down 2 sets of staircases. I was very impressed with how friendly they were. The foreman was always smiling while strictly guiding his men. It was such a fun experience moving with Northwestern van lines. They make hard work seem like games. I will definitely hire them again.

Worst experience ever. The company has my money and my furniture and I have no idea where it was. Everyone I talk to, tells me a different story. I have no idea if I will ever see my furniture again. I too was told it would be delivered in 2-3 days. Then I was told it would be delivered by last Friday. Now I have no idea because nothing has been delivered no one will return my calls Look carefully before choosing this company and if they tell you they will have it in a few days do not believe them.

I hired Northwestern van lines a few years ago to handle my move. They didn’t do the best job back then. Some of my valuables were damaged, nothing major though. When I had to move again, I hired them because at least I knew how they worked and I wasn’t totally unsatisfied with their services. They really surprised me this time. The movers were much more professional and efficient this time around. They were so swift at packing everything. Each and every piece of my belonging was delivered in perfect condition. I’m so glad that I gave them another shot.

There are so many things that can go wrong during a move. But if you hire Northwestern van lines for the job, chances are it would go perfectly. They handled my move from Denver, CO to Boise, ID. They gave me such a good quote that I hired them right away. The movers arrived early on the moving day with all the proper tools. They finished the packing process very creatively and quickly. Then they loaded all my stuffs to the van. The delivery was made six days later. I checked the inventory list and everything survived the trip. They really couldn’t do anything wrong.

The movers were very strong and capable for the job. There was no hidden cost in the final bill. We were thinking that it was going to be really troublesome but the guys from Northwestern van lines made it all so easy. Did I mention they were cheap too?

They were very efficient too. They finished packing and loading everything in just 3 hours. They worked for an extra 15 minutes cleaning up the scrap bubbles wraps but they didn’t charge me for that. All my things were delivered securely and unpacked in my Vegas apartment. I am highly recommending this company.

My old apartment in Denver, CO was a third floor walkup through a very narrow staircase. I do not remember how I managed to fit my old furniture through that staircase into my apartment 6 years ago. I hired Northwestern van lines to get them out and then transport them to St. Louis, MO. They somehow managed to get every piece of my furniture out of that building without a scratch on them. The next challenge was my new apartment in MO. It was on the fourth floor and the elevator was sketchy to describe it the best way possible. The four men carried most of the things through the stairs. I was very impressed by them. I think they exceeded all my expectations and performed brilliantly in conditions less than comfortable.

My father warned me about movers who barely speak English and make such a mess of your move. Northwestern van lines wasn’t like the others at all. Their men were all so well trained and very experienced. I had no issues communicating with them. They packed everything immaculately and loaded everything with great care and skills. My first ever relocation couldn’t have gone easier. It was the good works of their movers. I am forever grateful to them.
