Horrible food and management

The food was the worst I have ever had but what really top the cake was their management. The food was frozen, burnt and douzed in grease. When I told the manager he had the audacity to lecture me on how to complaint and without attempting to make it right. I will make sure everyone that asks me about the place know what a disgusting, horribly managed place it is.

APATHY AND COLDNESS

I have patronized this restaurant several times and although the food has been good most of the time, the staff was not. The redheaded hostess can be very abrupt and very rude at times as if it is too much of an effort to be considerate and genial. The staff is not very sypathetic to any problems with the food or service and don' seem to care all that much. It makes it trying, at times, just to get anything corrected. It makes for a very frustrating experience and less than a pleasant meal out. In poor economic times, we tend to eat out less and want the times we do spend the money to treat ourselves to be worthwhile. I can not say that this is always the case at this restaurant.

However, our last trip was a disappointment. We had decided to go for a mid-week dinner since we received a coupon in the mail, but when it came time to pay the coupon was not honored. This is partly our fault so read the coupon very, very carefully. We went during the requested times, ordered the necessary drinks, but when it came time to pay it had to be in CASH, which was detailed on a separate part of the coupon. So our mid-week dinner that was going to be a unusual treat for us turned into a $35-40 dinner at a deli. We feel the coupon was misleading and the cashier didn't care at all. We asked if they had an ATM and she said somewhere across the street had one. It was a kind of gotcha, scenario!!! As small business owners my wife and I just were not impressed. I guess they were right when t

Good food and good service. The sandwiches are so stacked with meat it hard to eat them.
