I went in January 2019 to by a new car. Our sales person met us in the parking lot. Looked at all vehicles we wanted and purchased our Crosstek. Had nothing but a wonderful experience with sale and service of my car.

I bought a 2013 Outback. Helpful salesman yet no pressure sales--quite the opposite experience I had at Omeara Ford

What a joke! The worst car buying experience I've ever had and I've owned over 20 cars! Sales manager never acknowledged me, stayed in the booth and played the back and forth game! Sales staff completely uneducated about cars. They had to take my car to another dealer and then offered me a ridiculously low value. I do my home work and know what my car is worth. The dealer they took my car to has a horrible reputation and they stayed true to form!! Go somewhere else to buy a car! Too many choices out there to put up with idiot stealerships!

I purchased my 08 Subaru WRX brand new from Mike Shaw with 26 miles on the odometer by the time I was at 9K my center diff. went out or rather exploded all that was left of the bearing was a chunk of metal eventually leading to my clutch needing to be replaced twice. My car fell under the lemon law after a certain point but the co-owner refused to look at my car saying that they would fix the problem. I was eventually told that when the center diff. went out it was a manufactures defect not the way I was operating the vehicle and that the bearing falling to pieces allowed metal shavings to get into my transmission (there's a magnet that’s suppose to prevent this but like everything on the car I’m sure that wasn't working either). I have been plagued by nothing but problems and thought when I was spending 28K on a vehicle it would at least be dependable and that the people who sold it to me would stand behind their product. Don't go to Mike Shaw they don't deserve your business.

lost over $4000, this dealer stold my trade in. "Alwayes lowest price guarantee" is their slogan. RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY.... Reas other review Subaru of america should pull their license. It may be legal but for sure is dishonest.
