He still maintains his Nursing License. In 1989, Mr. Simon moved from Texas and began practicing law here in Colorado. In 1990 he opened his own law practice which he still owns and operates today. He is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Texas and the Supreme Court of Colorado. He is an active trial attorney and has substantial experience before appellate courts, including the Colorado Supreme Court.
