I was going to buy a Corvette from a friend who had it as an investment, and we agreed to have it painted first. Maaco agreed to give it a factory finish, but it came out looking like my kid did it with a couple cans of Krylon spray paint. It didn't look like they did anything correctly. Very poor sanding, very poor bondo work (already cracked and peeling), insects and grime stuck under the paint, enough overspray on the tires that Maaco painted them black to cover it up, very poor job masking, missing paint between panels that left exposed the previous color, painted chrome, drips and orange peels in the paint, oversprayed interior, damaged and/or missing Corvette medallions, etc, etc. When we wanted this mess fixed properly, Patrick, the owner, threatened to call the police unless we left immediately. I felt bad because my friend lost all of his investment value in this vehicle. I am certain that the favorable reviews were written by the owner's friends and employees, because there's no way anyone gets a decent job out of this place. Zero stars.

I went to Maaco with my old car and a budget. They were a little over my budget but it was necessary for what I needed. The car looks great(keep in mind it is a daily driver and not a show car). I was very please with the service and final product.
