My furnace has been making loud noises for about two months now. I didn't know what to do or who to call. I asked my neighbor if he knew of anyone that repaired furnaces and he gave me Sid's name and number. I contacted Sid and he came out within 1/2 an hour. He diagnosed the problem right away, went and got parts for furnace and was back within 40 minutes. He had the problem solved in about 20 minutes He was so nice and professional. It is very hard to find someone like him in this day and age. My son is blind and Sid acknowledged him when he got to my home and also when he left our home. I cannot begin to tell you how kind that was. I will use him for all my heating and air conditioning issues for the rest of my life. Thanks for everything Sid. God Bless.

Sanchez Mechanical was referred to me by one of my co-workers, all I can say is "The best in the business!!" Sid was a pleasure working with. We have done business with Sanchez Mechanical for around fifteen years. Our old Trane furnace stopped

working on a Sunday night and I contacted Sid the next morning. He came to repair the furnace that same morning. He suggested that our furnace needed to be replaced as it needed intensive and costly work. We decided to purchase a new Trane furnace. The same day we had our new Trane furnace expertly installed by Sid. I recommend Sanchez Mechanical to anyone needing the best HVAC company to do their work. Sid is honest and fair in evaluating what needs to be done. We got a very fair price. Sid, I thank you very much for your prompt attention to our heating problem. We trust your company to service our new furnace and central air or any other equipment problems which may arise in the future.

The review posted by Ginger concerned me, so I looked into it. I work with Sid on a professional level and refer him. As a business owner, it is important that those I recommend are reputable, honest and professional. When I discussed the bad review with Sid, I learned that Sid outlined the work to his client, proceeded with the work, invoiced her with itemized details of what was done, then didn't receive payment for months. I have been there, and it's frustrating. However, I believe if a client isn't happy with the work done, that they should complain and have it fixed immediately. Since that wasn't done, it sounds like the correct work was done and the temperature is comfortable in her home, as that is not one of her complaints.



I also do not think it is honorable to post a negative review like that after Sid made additional strides to settle this issue. I checked the BBB for a complaint and she didn't file one. If she had, the BBB would have looked into this further and Sid would have had the opportunity to dispute the accusation which can not be done here.



If you are considering working with Sid, remember that no one stays in business for as long as he has without being knowledgeable, honest and reputable. He wouldn't have an A+ rating with the BBB. He would have a lot more negative reviews out there than one. He has tons of testimonials and has repeatedly gone over and beyond for his clients. I will continue to recommend Sanchez Mechanical because they get the job done, quickly and efficiently. Sid also guarantees his work and to me, that speaks volumes.

I got AC and a new furnace from Sanchez Mechanical, and was extremely satisfied with what I got. Sid Sanchez was the person I worked with (The owner). He gave me outstanding service. It was fast and completed correctly and on time. The price I paid was substantially lower than the competition and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. I would refer this company to anyone looking for A/C, Heating, HVAC and any other related services. I have recommend this business to be BBB certified.
