The customer service I experienced with LAZ Parking was refreshing. Living downtown Denver, I'm used to bad service everywhere but the Director of Operations in the Denver Office has been nothing but extremely helpful and professional the few times I've had to contact them. Definitely a well run business, at least in my experience!

They charged me $23.00 to park for 4 hours on Memorial Day!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. I have tried calling them for several hours, no one ever answers the phone.
