These Amateurs will waste your time, have a lousy discriminatory screening/ process, NO communicatio

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE AMATEURS!These people along with everyone else in this industry believe that your time is expendable and worth nothing. They feel "since you're unemployed and need work, you can afford a few trips to downtown and pay for parking -IF you really want a jobMy complaint is from the treatment that I received from Melissa Robertson, a "manager" there, is Someone who has an expressionless/robotic personality, should NOT be in this role as she uses her sole subjective judgement in the screening & hiring vulnerable, hard working, motivated people who are in hard times-trying to find work. She uses discretion to hire only a certain types of person she wants to promote to the client (the employer). This operation located Downtown is Ran by an office full of young girls in their early to mid 20's who are using their vast and extensive life experience to make judgement calls that discriminate, I mean "Screen" the "best fits" for the companies that were foolish enough to hire them to do their HR work. And who knows people better than this genre of people?Biggest problem with these people is that they have not been around enough walks of life, socio/ethic backgrounds with various professional experiences to adequately understand and make appropriate screening decisions as to WHO would actually be a good fit for a role in the company they represent -rather than using subjective judgement. LET THE COMPANY DECIDE THAT! NOT YOUIt took multiple calls to get back to someone about work/a job that was posted on craigslist. After trying for days of voice mails, I finally go an interview and I got there on a thursday and she tried to rush through this meeting within a 15 minute slot. She only tried to rush what should be a 30-45 minutes "interview" instead of what looks like to be information session and not a down to earth get to know you conversation. They said the next level would be an actual interview. Awesome - so what was the 30min phone call and the 20min downtown appointment for??Despite all of the relevant, personal, and testimonial things I could say to help solidify my sheer motivation and interest in a job, she said, her manager would call me next week to continue for the next round. "Awesome!" I thought. The following weds, after days of anxiously waiting for the next step, I get a generic and inpersonal rejection email saying that other candidate were identified that would either "closely fit the needs of the client of were more qualified than me".This was utter BS and absolute nonsense - since I was probably the most over qualified person with that job with the longer work history than most, and was on paper - the definition of someone who would benefit from this position. AS well I was told there was a surplus of these available positions and they didn't have enough yet to fill them.. So I lied to for one, or there was something they didn't/wouldn't give me feed back about. And two, I knew to ask certain important questions, that seemed catch Melissa off guard, and she probably didn't take that as the spirit in which they were intended - as being someone who is cautious and well thought out - but as someone who probably is too much of a "Free thinker" or someone that has another agenda. I followed up with a couple emails and attempts to get her on the phone and she's been avoiding my attempts. I demand to know an explanation, not to mention Im even more worried that my person information with my drivers license and social security is safe around people who won't talk to me about why I wasn't hired by them to fill a position.Melissa Robertson ought to be in the same position as we are. How about SHE try making it in the unemployed world, and go and sit in front of another apathetic, expressionless and robotic personality that's doing her job an...
