Provided by YP.comInsurance/billing fraud! BEWARE! When I asked what they charge for an eye exam the lady in the office told me it would be $99 if you didn't have insurance to help cover that. I have insurance, so I should be able to expect some coverage. Well, no...when I saw my bill, they charged me/insurance $166 for the general exam portion + an extra $55 for the refraction (which is the prescription) + are attempting to bill me an addtional $60 and claiming that that is for the contact lens prescription! 1st, I never asked for a glasses prescription (only wanted contact lens prescription), 2nd they didn't do two separate things to generate the glasses prescription vs the contact lens prescription, 3rd I didn't even have to have a fitting for which contacts I needed as I knew exactly which brand I wanted! When I called the office to ask about this Amanda in billing couldn't answer my questions for what exactly in my visit these extra charges were for, she passed the phone to someone else who also couldn't answer the question. I asked why they charged for the glasses prescription then if I didn't want it or know it was "separate" they said "Well, your insurance allows us to bill it" and kept going in circles while you could hear them almost laughing. I guess with them it's probably better to say you don't have insurance! They'll apparently charge you $99 as opposed to a total bill for you and insurance to split of $281!! I've turned them in to the BBB and reported them to my insurance company for insurance fraud!

I just purchased my new pair of glasses at I Care Vision Center and the Opticians were so helpfull and the staff helped me choose my frame. I have to say that they have quite a variety and a great selection of frames and designer styles very happy with services.

I have been a patient of I Care Vision Center for a long time and will continue to be a patient at this practice. The Doctors are very thorough in performing their complete eye exam and I'm a very satisfied patient.

This is a wonderful practice for your eye exam. My experience was so great, that I will be coming back. Staff is very friendly and nice!
