I've waited a long time for a reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant here in S.E. Denver. Grilled Skewer is a great place for Vietnamese lettuce wraps, noodle bowls, spring rolls, baguette sandwiches, and various beverages are prepared fresh, to your order, and quickly, in this excellent establishment. The service is timely, the food, although not fancy is tasty and delicious. The management is exceptionally friendly and the ambiance and decor is warm and rich. They deliver within a four mile radius and I go there and I use their delivery often.
