Klimmer did a great job on our taxes, right up until she inexplicably stopped talking to us. I could go into great detail, but I honestly don't want to relive the experience. In a nutshell, she didn't file our taxes and lied repeatedly as to why they weren't done. She must have had fifty crazy excuses, and a lot of squirrels with a craving for telephone wire. In the end, it took YEARS to get our records back, and a number of trips and calls to the IRS just to stay out of trouble with them. The only reason I couldn't resolve this matter professionally is because Carol is/was not a CPA. This meant I had no recourse other than to wait. I would rather a chimp handle my business records than deal with Klimmer ever again. And now I am traumatized.

Worst. Experience. Ever.
