When I contacted Michelle with my unique balloon request she jumped right on board with, "I've never done a balloon airplane but I am always up for a challenge!". Not only was she up for it but exceeded my highest expectations. She used the photos I sent to her to make prototypes for my approval and asked for suggestions...I had none. With her attention to detail the bouquet was spectacular. The recipient as well as his entire office staff was thrilled. The airplane balloons became the centerpiece for his birthday celebration. Michelle delivered them exactly on time and all of this was done with me a thousand miles away!! Get Ballooned is STELLAR!!!
