I have been dealing with this company since last year for a workers comp case and I can say that they were fine until you get to the end of your case. When it comes time to get off, they will do anything that they have to to get your case closed, and if that means lying and decieving then that is what they will do. The doctors are the same. They don't want to listen to your complaints anymore because they don't matter, they don't want to pay for you anymore. They will even go as far to hold your checks just to make you call them. But maybe this is true about all workers comp insurance companies, I'm not sure I've never had a wc case before,so I really can't say. All I know is that this one isn't the one I would deal with in the future.
