I live in a FourStar apartment now - and they are trying to charge me $500 for a heating repair I didn't ask for, didn't need, didn't want, and wasn't responsible for as I only followed instructions and was not responsible for this. Do not follow FourStar's instructions as they use them as a way to charge you later. I don't even know what was done and wasn't given any information about it - not even told WHY they repaired the heating. When I tried to get more answers and for them to remove the charges, they began to ignore me. The only response I have gotten is we won't renew the lease. Four emails and voice mails have been ignored. I had to contact BBB about these these charges on my account that I had no responsibility for. Do NOT work with FourStar - you will regret it.
