wait hours on the phone and then they want to do nothing even thou they are suppose to supply medical transportation for me.Right now I'm at day 2 day 1 waited 2hr and 24 min today day 2 I'm at 2hr and 42 min

First Transit went way out of their way to find and retrieve my wallet that I stupidly left on the bus. Really nice people. And it was Christmas Eve and I really needed it. Thanks!

This compliment is for my morning bus driver on the 31x, Rick. He drives the middle time slot. He is very aware of his passengers. Every morning he greets each passenger with a smile and a "good morning". He will not start the bus moving until each passenger has been seated. He's courteous, friendly and very helpful to those in need to directions and guidance. He has very safe and smooth driving skills. The ride into work in the mornings is a pleasant experience.
