Provided by YP.comI would NOT recommend EverClean for house cleaning services. We used their services for several months and experienced consistent service that was unsatisfactory. Examples of the below standard service include: one appointment only sent one person versus the two confirmed, this person was only in our two story home for one hour. When arriving home, many of the services that were outlined when we set up their service were missed including simple services such as dusting. Management was notified and we were reassured they would address our concerns. Another example is when window sills, dusting and the floors were not cleaned (visible spots were noted), another example is a separate cleaning the spare bedroom was not cleaned at all; management was notified via email, were informed she could communicate to the staff in English and Spanish to meet the cleaning outlined in the initial agreement. The final cleaning before cancellation of the services, both of our son’s bedrooms were not cleaned at all. When we notified management once again about the unsatisfactory service, the response was “OMG!”. As a manager myself, I found this extremely unprofessional. The cancellation request was sent via email however they proceeded to schedule another cleaning. My husband personally spoke with them after they attempted to schedule the next service. The staff did not arrive this day however we were still charged the cleaning fee which as yet to be refunded for services not rendered. I would NOT recommend this company’s service at all, consistently the level of cleaning and consistency of cleaning is disappointing. Do NOT use this company for your home as you will very likely be disappointed with the quality, customer service and professionalism of this company.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a Denver Daily Deal for aeration and fertilization services from EverClean. I had requested services on Mondays or Fridays (since I work from home on those days and am able to give them access to my yard). I was initially told that they only do aeration on Tuesdays - requiring me to take leave from work. I agreed to do so, but was pleased to receive an email saying that they could get to me on Monday after all. Monday afternoon I received an email telling me that they would not be able to make it because the ground was too wet (which is likely a very good reason with all of the rains we've had recently), and that it would have to be Tuesday. When I requested a time window (before noon or after noon), I was told that they could be no more specific than between 9 and 5. I spent the entire day at home waiting for their lawn care crew to arrive. Around 4:30 I became concerned that I might have been bumped from the schedule so I called to confirm, but only reached voicemail (where I did leave a message). I emailed also, but have received no response. I could not be less satisfied with the lack of professionalism and total disregard for the value of my time (as they were aware that I was taking leave from work to accommodate their schedule). They may have done a good job if they'd shown up, but I wouldn't book with them unless you have unlimited free time.
