Call Hoover maybe they have time to listen to you!!

I made a call to this place becuase it is by my house. It lasted 1:16 (thats one minute and 16 seconds) from send to end. I was inquiring about parts for a hoover upright. I mentioned I had taken it apart to diagnose the problem to find that the bearings were shot. However the inside bearing is not removable and enclosed in the motor housing. Before I can ask if he can repair it or has a new motor I could buy he tells me "Hey I have an idea, why don't you call Hoover and see if they have time to listen to you." I had to laugh and say okay. That was about the worst example of customer service I have heard and I work in retail. Well I guess I shouldn't say customer service cause neither my family, friends nor I will ever be a customer of this shop.
